If someone should ask why my leaving was sudden
Say that it’s probably a problem with WiFi.
I’ve got some troubleshooting steps to do
Too long to expect you to stand by, I fear.
I’ve only got two bars so maybe it’s me.
Since the last time I started up, it’s been only 3G.
We’ve got so many people in the queue,
But technical issues made me leave the room.
There’s got to be something better than this hot spot when
the signal’s weak, also when it’s not.
And I doubt I’ll successfully connect again
But downloads of chats with you I will retain.
I guess before I disappear mid-song,
I’ll leave cleanly now, a preemptive strike.
But there’s still one more Internet device I own.
