Book reviews/essays: Want to see Calvin brought back?

OK, here you go. Your wish is granted:

Gotcha! Be careful what you wish for on that monkey's paw!
I dug that one out of the Calvin and Hobbes Tenth Anniversary book, artwork ©1996 by Bill Watterson. (Turns out to be from Homicidal Psycho Jungle Cat , ©1994). It's from a Sunday strip where Calvin's feelings about how the school systems is stifling his creativity become a series of colorful metaphors: a square peg, parroting information, being herded, an assembly line for knowledge, etc.

Now that you've seen Calvin brought back...
If you're not very familiar with Calvin and Hobbes, please see my brief book review. If you are, try my non-trivia quiz.
